Will AI replace my staff
Not the way we set it up: AI takes the repetitive work, so your people get more time for customers. If you want to cut headcount, we are the wrong people.
Is my customers’ information safe
That is the first thing we sort: your customers’ details go only through AI accounts whose terms say they are not used for training, and we have written permission for anything we touch. Your consent rules under the Spam Act are stricter than most AI tools assume, so we set those up properly.
I am not technical, and that worries me
That is the point. Everything is taught in your language, on your real work, until it sticks.
What if it does not work for my business
We record where you started and measure at 90 days, so working is a number rather than a feeling. If we do not believe we can move that number, we say so before taking a dollar.
Why not just use ChatGPT myself
